Welcome to Check My Boat. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Report Issues and Disputes: If you believe your vehicle report contains an error, inaccuracy, missing information, or any other issue, you must first contact our support team via chat and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Any fraudulent, dishonest, abusive, or unjustified dispute may be challenged using relevant order, payment, and communication records, and we reserve the right to provide supporting evidence to the payment provider or relevant authorities and take any appropriate action available to us under applicable law.

Check My Boat provides vehicle history reports and related informational services for general guidance purposes only.

Vehicle Reports

Vehicle history reports are compiled using data from third-party providers, public records, and industry databases.

While we aim to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, up to date, or error-free.

Reports should be used as a research tool only and not as the sole basis for any financial or purchasing decision.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

Check My Boat makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any report or data provided.

Payments

All payments must be completed before a report is generated or delivered.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are generally final once a report has been generated or delivered.

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment has been made
  • Technical error prevents report delivery
  • Report access failure due to system issues

Each refund request is reviewed individually at the sole discretion of Check My Boat.
